Wine and Cheese Custom Package
By The Glass Service is for the Bride and Groom that are looking for a “Day of” Coordinator. With this service, the Bride and Groom have already selected and retained their vendors.
This package begins at $700 however as all weddings are planned to the preference of the Bride and Groom packages can be altered to meet the couples needs.
- Meeting with Bride and Groom to discuss vision and their expected flow for their special day
- Assistrance with creating a timeline for the day of the event along with the execution of the timeline
- Contact will be made with all the vendors prior to the event to confirm all details and to discuss the happenings for the day of the event
- Ongoing consultations via e-mail and/or telephone
- Attendance and coordination of ceremony rehersal
- Set-up of the extras i.e. place cards, favors, etc.
- Supervision of the Ceremony and Reception
- Distribution of final payments to vendors
By the Bottle service is for the Bride and Groom that are looking to relax and enjoy their big day worry free. With this service, the Bride and Groom have already selected and retained their vendors however this is where Nicole will step in about 4 to 6 months prior to the event and begin coordinating vendors, timelines etc.
This package begins at $1250 however as all weddings are planned to the preference of the Bride and Groom packages can be altered to meet the couples needs.
- Up to 4 meetings with the Bride and Groom to discuss vision of their special day and logistics of the event
- Walk through of the Ceremony and Reception site where the finalized details will be discussed
- Assistance with creating a timeline for the day of the event along with the execution of the timeline
- Assistance with Etiquette Questions
- Managment of all vendors including contracting vendors prior to the event to confirm all details and to discuss the happenings for the big day
- Ongoing consultations via e-mail and/or telepone
- Attendance and coordination of ceremony rehearsal
- Set-up of the extras i.e. place cards, favors, etc.
- Supervision of the Ceremony and Reception
